Everything that happens with us, is crafted by our strong desires and intentions. Ultimately, we all shape our own fortune. If you think deeply you will find, the intention of our life is always proportional to our inner consciousness. When you go into the depth of your consciousness, your intentions grow and thrive. So, let’s define intention first before exaggerating the topic.

Most people find intention and goal interconnected. But in reality, they do differ a lot. While goals are all about achievements and desired outcomes, intentions focus upon living the values and experiencing peace, even if the goals are not attained. According to mindful practitioners, intention setting is a powerful practice that can bring a focused mind and balanced life at the same time.

By now, you probably have already comprehended the importance of setting an intention in life. As mentioned earlier, it is truly a powerful tool that can direct you towards growth and happiness. But, to attain the same, you should know the right tactics to set your daily intentions perfectly.

 

Here’s what you can do!

First, think of the values of your life and choose your intentions accordingly. If possible, jot them down on a piece of paper. This written piece of paper will keep you focused and boost your spirit to achieve the purpose. The registered values will drive the actions and satisfy you in long run.

Be positive in achieving the intentions. A positive tone towards something will boost your energy and uplift your life. Positivity also invites peace and calmness that helps to fight stress effectively.

Explore the goals of your life and ensure it is aligned with your personal growth. Prioritize your intention and value your goal. Also, make sure your inner satisfaction reaches its full potential. Remember, strong core values will guide you, your career, health, personal, social and spiritual life to success and bliss.

You can have a bigger picture of your intentions. But, always divide them into shorter ones. This will help you to achieve your purposes steadily yet easily. For example, if your intention is to achieve a successful career, the first step to achieve it should be attaining good scores in the exam. After achieving the same, focus on getting an internship with a decent organization. There, try to gather all the practical knowledge related to your career and nurture your professional skills. After successfully following these steps, you can get into a lucrative career path.

When to set your intentions? The best time to plant the purposes of your life is exactly after you meditate. Meditation is powerful and takes you beyond your egoistic mind. It takes you to a state of pure consciousness, which is the ideal state to sow the seed of intention. Meditation makes you focused, mentally strong and aware of your own personal values. Thus, continue to release your intentions after you meditate each day.

“Arise, awake and don’t stop until the goal is reached”. When you start nurturing your values, people will criticize. Never doubt your beliefs, as it can stop you from achieving your own purpose.

Never expect a specific result. Expectation gives birth to insecurity and fear. When you start expecting less, you start experiencing your true self. Work hard to attain success and let the universe handle everything else. Unpleasant results might come. Don’t let them distract you. Just let them go. Focus on the opportunities you are getting. Embrace them and walk on the path of success.

 

 

Let go of all the negative thoughts and grudges. They are the barriers. Watch your thoughts daily. Identify your intentions. If your intentions satisfy your inner being, try hard to achieve them. Stick to those intentions to live your life to the fullest.
