These poses boost strength and flexibility, improve digestion, and make you feel all-around renewed. As you inhale, lengthen your body; when you exhale, envision anything impure and unwanted in your life leaving your body.
Downward Facing Dog Detox Yoga Pose
Downward Facing Dog is a fantastic example of an easy inversion pose. Your heart is above your head in an inversion, which encourages blood circulation and purifying the lymph system. To complete Downward Facing Dog, start in table position, on your hands and feet. First, spread your hands shoulder-width apart, your fingers wide apart, with the middle finger pointing forward.
