Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • Small handful spinach (optional)
  • 1 cup nut milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tbl almond butter
  • 1 tbl cacoa powder
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • – OR –
  • 2 drops peppermint essential oil

 

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except cacao powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and put chocolate powder on top.
  3. Enjoy!
