This refreshing Chocolate Mint Berry Smoothie with a fun twist is a perfect start to your day
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
- Small handful spinach (optional)
- 1 cup nut milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 tbl almond butter
- 1 tbl cacoa powder
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- – OR –
- 2 drops peppermint essential oil
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except cacao powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and put chocolate powder on top.
- Enjoy!
