Meditation is a training of our awareness, an acquainting of our mind with our soul and purpose, our virtue. It is a practice of calming the mind, body and becoming more peaceful. It helps us to free ourselves from worries and distress, and experience true happiness. <\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s meditation practice, not meditation perfect. Meditation is a practice. It is a skill, like exercising or yoga. It becomes stronger with practice and repetition. Consistency and commitment is the most important thing – the journey is far more important than the destination. <\/span><\/p>\n Because you are busy and don\u2019t have time for a 30-minute meditation every morning I put together six of my favorite meditations for work.
