The 3 most important elements of an effective morning routine are Elimination, Movement, and Meditation.

Elimination: According to Ayurvedic principles, it is preferable to evacuate the bowels in the morning. If during the day, we carry around the waste material we created at night, we may absorb some of that toxins back into our system. This can weaken our immunity and leaves us feeling fatigued, drowsy, and irritable.

Movement: Your body needs to experience some kind of movement to establish the connection between mind and body. This movement can be anything – from going for a walk, yoga, or simple stretching.

Meditation: The benefits of meditation are proven facts, something that cannot be ignored anymore. Regular meditation will aid in increasing your ability to focus, enhance positivity and your sense of happiness while decreasing stress. So, just sit down, set your timer, close your eyes, and breathe.
